Chronological Instagram feeds are back!

It’s the weekend, so I’ll make this quick….

Chronological Instagram feeds are back! We spoke, they listened! The algorithm decided what we should see, rather than allowing us to choose what we want to see. We had a feed packed full of ads, sponsored content, suggestions, and when it was introduced it shook the world. We were no longer able to pick up our phone, check out the newest photos in our feed and then stop when we got to something we’d already seen. The algorithm kept us on the platform with an endless feed packed full of money makers for Zuck and the crew at Meta. Well, here’s how you can bring back your chronological feed: -

Here on the front screen of the app, tap on the Instagram logo up top. Here’s what you’ll see: -

Tap ‘Following’ and you’ll now see the accounts you chose to follow without the ads, sponsored posts, suggested posts, and all the other stuff. And, it’s in chronological order! That’s it. That’s literally all the steps! Now you have a chronological feed again! You’re welcome ;)
